Looking for a student property in Cardiff can be a daunting prospect and it can be difficult know where to start when there is so many properties available covering Cathays, Roath and Heath! Here at Lettings Angels we like to make this process as plain sailing as possible and help you every step along the way. With a team made up of current and ex-students, many us have already been through the renting experience and know exactly how you are feeling!  

Before you start, we recommend to think of how your student house can suit you perfectly depending on how you spend your free time. If socialising with friends is something you love, then a large open plan kitchen and living area would be brilliant for you whereas you may be a smaller group and love the home from home feel of a smaller property. Do you all of your housemates want equal size rooms? - well this is a must to think of before you start rather than falling out over the smaller room at a later date! The luxury of being able to park near your house is also easy to forget but if you or any of your housemates have cars you will need to consider parking permits as many of the streets in Cathays, Roath and Heath require permits! 

If you are not interested in living with a large group in an HMO we also have self-contained apartments available that are in perfect locations for the numerous University campus’ that Cardiff has to offer.
