Tenant COVID-19 update 18/03/2020
We hope you are all well and thank you so much for those of you who have been in contact with us to advise that they have vacated their properties temporarily to be with family either in this country, or overseas, if they are planning on being away for over 21 days.
We understand that some of you may be facing potential financial difficulties in the forthcoming months due to the risk of being made redundant, having your hours cut or your business suffering as a result of the Covid 19 outbreak. Please contact us if you think you may struggle to pay your next installment of rent urgently.
The sooner you inform us, the sooner we can discuss your potential situation with your landlord and can arrange a payment plan.
If you have any concerns whatsoever please call / email me ASAP - as it stands the office is still open. In the event of the office closing - you will still be able to email us and call us on the usual office number 029 22331425. We will of course advise you if the office is forced to close.
Please continue to inform us if you are likely to be away from home for over 21 days OR if you do not want us to come to your property to carry out non essential maintenance and viewings OR if you are self isolating.
Please also remember that we are here to help should you require assistance at this time.
