First Trip to Roath

Hi landlords and tenants I’m Sam. Recently, I recorded an Instagram reel in Roath (which you can view tomorrow on our Instagram). This was my first time in the area and there were many things I picked up on that I found interesting.

Positive vibe

While recording the reel I noticed how lively and positive the area is with music all around and very busy shops. It made the area feel welcoming and friendly and although difficult at first it became easy to navigate.

With a positive vibe everywhere each place felt unique and it was great to explore what was there.

Plenty of walks

There were many parks close by that were open and spacious allowing for long and relaxing walks that can clear your mind which is great for dealing with any stress or anxiety that you may have. The parks were quiet so walking there was not uncomfortable and instead was peaceful.

Loads of fast food

One of the things I found best about the area was how many interesting food places I'd love to try. I approached typical fast food places but also found one’s I had never heard of before, some great looking pubs with delicious looking food and even an ice cream shop - yum.

Roath had plenty of buses that I saw go past and nearly everywhere I went had a bus stop indicating that you won't have trouble traveling around and it’s very close to.
